Colloquium Registration

• Graduate Students: $210
Registration includes the opening reception and all meals on Friday and Saturday (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners). Partial meal plans are not possible and due to Mohican’s remote location, no other options for eating are readily available. Attendees may choose to purchase dinner on Thursday and/or breakfast on Sunday in the lodge’s restaurant, at their own additional expense. The deadline to register is midnight on April 18, 2022.

Lodge Rooms
Please contact the Mohican Lodge & Conference Center directly to reserve a room (419-938-5411) and tell the reservationist you are with the group named Instrumental Music Teacher Educators (IMTE) that will be meeting at Mohican in May. Rooms are $119/night rate ($138.04 total after taxes and fees). Please make your reservations soon to receive this rate as part of our block.

Getting to Mohican
If you plan to travel by air to Mohican, there are three airports you may want to consider. Port Columbus International Airport is about 76 miles from Mohican. The Akron-Canton Airport is approximately 73 miles from the lodge. Finally, the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is located about 82 miles away. The least expensive ground transportation option is probably to coordinate your travel from the airport with other attendees and jointly rent a car to drive to Mohican.
